Fishing with friends is one of my favorite hobbies since high school. In fact, one of my best friends has a fishing boat that we are using whenever we go fishing. They live near the lake and its a long 400 miles yet it's worth the long drive. This activity is my breather as I was loaded with too much research paper help I am providing for students. Anyways I've learned a lot of bass recipes from this fishing trips because usually when we catch fish out of the sea, we cook it right away.
One of my favorites is boiled sea bass with egg sauce because it was easy to prepare and protein-rich as a dish. Another thing you can do with bass is fried sea-bass with tartar sauce. This dish is flavorful with the taste of breaded sea-bass and the goodness of the tartar sauce. Too tempting to eat it all, well you can also serve it along with sake or white wine.
