FLW American Fishing Series tournament in Clewiston

I will be fishing the FLW American Fishing Series tournament this week on Lake Okeechobee. I have a couple real good areas that the spawning bass have moved into, I just hope this cold front we have moving into the area does not turn the fishing off too much. Some of my key items to get the job done this week will be my U.S. Reels, Deep South Rods, Diamond Braided line and of course my Power-Pole. I will be looking for a five bass limit weighing around twenty pounds to make the cut for Saturday.... Read More

New Lake Okeechobee report

Fall has finally come to Lake Okeechobee and South Florida even though it doesn’t feel like it with the record high temperatures we have been experiencing. The water has been cooling off almost every night and has started to get the bass more active and moving toward there winter spawning areas. This story's about some pretty frosty fishing I just did in 34-35 degree water. That's a couple degrees shy of being solid ice, but the fishing was pretty good!
