first day results for the FLW Stren Tournament here on Lake Okeechobee went to KEVIN LONG FROM CLEWISTON FLORIDA   ; With a weight of over 24libs, Kevin is currently in first place going in to the second day, conditions on the lake will be a little better today with warmer temp, and less wind. FLW Stren Series starts tommorrow here on Lake Okeechobee hosted by Roland Martins Marina, it should be a good tournament since the lake waters should be warming, with 80 degree temp they are predicting, as with the FLW Tour that was recently here, big weights were brought in with the warm tempertures and the lake water warming up.
